Stephen Howells is the founder of STEM Business Consultancy. With over 12 years at the heart of EKM.com – the UK’s No.1 eCommerce software platform – Stephen played a pivotal role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, including three years as Managing Director.
Throughout his career, Stephen has developed a deep passion for helping people and businesses succeed. His leadership experience spans across strategic planning, operations, finance, and digital growth, allowing him to understand the challenges faced by companies at every stage.
Stephen has worked with businesses of all sizes – from ambitious start-ups to established SMEs – providing the clarity, structure, and practical support they need to reach their full potential. At STEM, his mission is simple: to empower business owners to grow with confidence.
